Our quality control process is designed to meet the requirements of semiconductor, electronics, and precision industrial customers worldwide.

1️⃣Incoming Material Inspection

Objective: To ensure the stability and consistency of the material source
• Chemical composition analysis (Al₂O₃ / ZrO₂ / Si₃N₄, etc.)
• Particle size distribution testing (D50 / D90) • Detection of impurities and metal content
• Traceability record of raw material batches
✅Output result: Raw material qualification determination + Batch number

2️⃣Pre-forming Inspection

Objective: To ensure the stability of the powder and the formulation
•Uniformity check of powder mixing
•Testing of moisture content / fluidity
•Confirmation of grouting / dry pressing / isostatic pressing parameters
✅Prevent post-sintering deformation and abnormal pores

3️⃣Green Body Inspection

Objective: To prevent size control failure after sintering
• Inspection of the appearance of the green body (cracks, missing corners)
• Random inspection of the size of the green body
• Weight consistency testing
❌Non-conforming products are directly isolated.

4️⃣Sintering Control

Objective: To ensure that the material performance meets the standards
•Monitoring of sintering curves (temperature / time / atmosphere)
•Batch records and furnace sequence numbers
•Initial inspection of the sintered product appearance (deformation, sintering defects)
✅The entire process parameters can be traced back.

5️⃣Machining Inspection

Objective: To meet high precision tolerance requirements
• Dimension accuracy measurement (±0.001 to 0.01 mm)
• Concentricity / flatness / perpendicularity measurement
• 100% inspection of key dimensions (subject to customer requirements)

6️⃣Visual & Surface Inspection

Objective: To ensure assembly and usage reliability
•Inspection of surface cracks and chipping
•Testing of surface roughness Ra
•Confirmation of coating / polishing quality (if any)
✅Standard: Free of cracks and obvious defects

7️⃣Functional Testing

Customize testing items according to product application
• Hardness test (HV)
• Bending strength test
• Wear resistance / corrosion resistance test
• Electrical insulation / thermal conductivity test (for semiconductors)
• Thermal shock / high temperature test

8️⃣Final Inspection & Packing

Objective: To ensure that the customers receivequalified products that are ready for direct use
• Quantity, identification, batch confirmation
• Review of customer drawings and specifications
• Shockproof, moisture-proof, and clean packaging
• Shipping inspection report (COC / Inspection Report)
